We just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our new pool. Working with the
entire team was a pleasure from start to finish.
We would like to especially thank J.C. Collins who was so great to work with.

After meeting with several other companies’ salespeople, we found J.C. to be not only the most professional, but also the most knowledgeable and understanding of what we wanted in our pool and patio area. J.C. did a lot of listening and gave us many ideas on how to complete this project within our budget Ken Hogue, our Superintendent was also very helpful and understanding throughout the construction. When we had questions or concerns, Ken was always available by phone, text or email. He always had the answers and took care of all of our concerns quickly; assuring us that everything was handled. We never had a doubt with Ken’s ability to get things completed.

AH of your subs were professional and answered questions anytime we asked them. The pavers and tile installers were incredibly talented in finishing the pool and deck. It was amazing to watch these craftsmen at work and see how much they cared about their trade.

Your plumber, Byron was very informative and explained step-by-step what we could expect during construction. It was a pleasure having him working on the job site.

The timeline on the pool construction was much faster than we ever anticipated. We have put in two other pools over the years, and this construction was by far the best experience we’ve ever had. Demolition and clean-up went extremely well. What more could we ask for a beautiful pool and patio just like we were promised by J.C. or to quote J.C. “You can always trust a fireman”.

We will strongly recommend your company to anyone who is looking to have a pool installed.
