My new pool experience has been absolutely perfect. I had heard a number of horror stories, and was prepared to have one of my own. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that contrary true in my case. The entire staff at Tampa Bay Pools was very professional and helpful. From Doug Flair who sold me the pool, to Ken Hogue who is an absolute superstar in managing the subcontractors, and keeping me informed of the schedule, and responding to my questions and concerns.
