We cannot say enough great things about Ken’s dedication to his work. Ken always answered our questions immediately, and if we had to leave a message, and it was returned it very quickly every time. Many times, Ken came over to our home to personally answer our questions or concerns. His personal attention was above and beyond; he was absolutely fantastic.
