Last Thursday, I was put in contact with Ken McKenna of Tampa Bay Pools. We agreed to a very favorable upgrade of the pool surface that would delight the two of us. In one week, all the work was completed, with Ken keeping me informed on a daily basis regarding the progress of the situation. All the workers and subs showed up on the agreed days, and completed their work.
I can’t say how much I appreciated what Ken and their staff did for us to make us happy customers. It is one of the best examples I have seen in maintaining good customer service.
