I've been in the pool business since 1988. My philosophy is "The Customer Comes First And Always." Prior to starting Tampa Bay Pools, I worked for Pools by Andrews and Anthony Sylvan. As General manager for Pools By Andrews, I had the #1 office out of twelve in the State of Florida. When Anthony sylvan purchased Andrews, I oversaw 2 offices, constructing over 500 pools.

In 2000, I was named the nationwide "General Manager of the Year" by Anthony Sylvan headquarters. In 2001, I decided that the company had gone "too corporate," changing my role to where I felt the Customer Service and Referral business that I had worked so hard to build was going to decline.

I decided to open my own company so I could do business my way, and service the Tampa Bay area the way I knew people wanted, and the way we would be successful. Eight years later, with the help of my two sons, Tampa Bay Pools is now #1 in the area. (And Anthony Sylvan is nowhere to be found!)
